Please note, due to demand, we are only seeing brides whose wedding dates are within 14 months or less. Wedding dates falling outside of this timeframe will either be rescheduled or cancelled.

Our Appointment Service Fees are non-refundable.

 
  • This 90 minute first look appointment is designed for brides who are interested in our Core Collections: Allure I and II, Riviera, and The Classics.

    This appointment will take place in our gorgeous studio. With prices ranging from $4,000 - $6,500.

    If you are hoping to try on our Demi Couture Line, Studio 01, please book a Studio Collection First Look Appointment, as these pieces will not be available for try on during a Core Collection appointment.

    Core Collection First Look Appointments on weekdays are $50.00. This is a non-refundable appointment service fee.

    This appointment is for weekday bookings only.

  • This 90 minute first look appointment is designed for brides who are interested in our Core Collections: Allure I and II, Riviera, and The Classics.

    The appointment will take place in our private VIP fitting room. Prices start at $8,500.

    Studio Collection First Look Appointments on weekdays are $65.00. This is a non-refundable appointment service fee.

    You are also welcome in this appointment to try the core collection pieces on if you wish.

    This appointment is for weekday bookings only.

  • This 90-minute First Look Appointment is specifically designed for brides interested in our Demi Couture Studio Collection.

    The appointment will take place in our private VIP fitting room. Prices start at $8,500.

    Studio Collection First Look Appointments on weekends are $80.00. This is a non-refundable appointment service fee.

    You are also welcome in this appointment to try the core collection pieces on if you wish.

    This appointment is for weekend bookings only.

  • Second Look Appointments are for brides that we have seen within the last 2 months to come and re-try their favourite gowns .

    These appointments are 60 minutes and are free of charge.

  • Accessories Appointments are for brides who would like to try on veils, AB Ellie Jewellery, or add on styles like the Bowie and organza layering pieces.

    Accessories Appointments are $35.00. This is a non-refundable appointment service fee. Gowns are not able to be tried on during this 30 minute appointment.

  • Prea James Bridal is coming to Perth on the 7th, 8th and 9th March 2025!

    For a strictly limited time, you are invited to experience the Prea James Collection in a luxury suite at Crown Towers Perth.

    By appointment only, appointments strictly limited.

    There is a $60.00 non-refundable service fee for this appointment. ***

    When booking your appointment, you are booking in Perth time. Eg, if you select 9am, your booking is for 9am. Please do not change your timezone when making the booking, it will come through incorrectly to our team and you risk being double booked!

    • GOWN PRICING: The average spend for our brides ranges between $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 AUD If your budget is less than $4,000.00 and you are hoping to purchase a full length gown, we strongly recommend reaching out to our team via sydney@preajames.com.au to confirm the pricing of any styles that you are interested in before booking your appointment.

    • Our standard production lead time is 5 months or 20 weeks. If your wedding is sooner than this, we are able to offer rush service. There are additional fees for this service, which vary depending on the time frame before your wedding, If you have less than 20 weeks, but more than 8 weeks lead time, the Standard Rush Fee is $315.00. If there is less than 8 weeks, the Urgent Rush Fee is $635.00.

    • Keep in mind, you do need to allow at least 4 weeks for alterations before your wedding, so if your wedding is 6 months or less away, you will need to pay a rush fee on your gown order.

    • If your wedding is less than three months away, please reach out to our team prior to booking your appointment so that we can confirm we can have a dress ready in time. Alternatively, please consider purchasing a style from our Sample Sale. Our Rush Service is subject to availability within our production schedule, and we are sometimes unable to accomodate rush orders due to being at full production capacity.

    • We only have 2 change rooms, so our brides will have nice intimate experience in store. As our space is on the smaller side, we ask that you limit your guests to a maximum of three people. Please reach out to our team via sydney@preajames.com.au if you are hoping to bring more than 3 guests.

    • While we are more than happy for you to bring along your little ones to your appointment, we do ask that you please be mindful of keeping them in prams, carriers, or held by a friend or family member in order to to avoid any disruptions to other brides in store, or accidental damage to the samples.

    • We have sample gowns in store for each style, however all of our gowns and separates are made to order to your nearest size. We have a mixture of sizes for the samples in store, mostly size 10 and 12, but we also have a couple of size 14’s - 18’s in certain styles. Don’t worry if we don’t have your exact size, our experienced stylists will help you to get a good visual of how the dresses will look on you. If there is a specific style that you have in mind, and you would like to know if we have it available in your size, please reach out to our team via sydney@preajames.com.au.

    • It is highly important that you are sure to note down all styles that you are hoping to try on when making your booking so that we can ensure they will be available for your appointment. We do often have gowns on loan for photoshoots and to our stockists, so we do not always have everything available in all sizes. To confirm the availability of a specific gown, please reach out to our team via sydney@preajames.com.au. Please note that if you do not notify us of your favourite styles, we cannot guarantee the availability.

    • Please note, due to demand, we are only seeing brides whose wedding dates are within 14 months or less. Wedding dates falling outside of this timeframe will either be rescheduled or cancelled. As a guide, we recommend starting gown shopping about 10 months out from your wedding date.
